Shopify metafields mappings

To manage metafields on your Shopify website 

• Go to Channels -> Shopify settings -> Account settings
• In the relevant account settings, open the Metafields mappings tab
• To add the metafield, click the "Add metafield mapping" button

Metafield parameters:

• Metafield Key 
• Metafield Namespace
  • default value (if left blank) - Valigara
• Shopify's Metafield data type (String / Numeric / JSON string)
• Choose the way the metafield is :
  • System field: choose one of the existing product fields in Valigara
  • As defined: Manually enter the value

Click on Save button.

Variations metafields

Valigara can also manage metafields to listing variations. To enable the functionality:

1. Mark Support Variations Metafields checkbox
2. Mark metafields Variant checkbox if a metafield relates into variation
3. If Variant checkbox is disabled Valigara pushes a metafield into product

The next integration action list of Metafields will be added/updated for related products.
