Quick-edit popups is another way of changing product's data. Opening up a product takes time, so if you find yourself changing the same fields for products often, a Quick Edit Pop-ups will let you do it faster.
To access Quick Edit Pop-up, go to Catalog and click the area below product's title:
A Pop-up window is shown, edit the fields accordingly and click "Save":
To edit the fields that are shown in Quick Edit Pop-up, go to Global Settings → System settings → Quick edit popup fields
Click "Save and Exit" at the end of the page.
