Product tags allow quickly sort, filter, find and comment products.
Each product can have as many tags as needed.
Tag products with "On sale till 31 August", "Redo photo", "Reprice", "Price increased 12/03", "New template test",
"To follow up", "Improve description", "Amazon Bestseller" etc.
Editing tags
- In the Catalog page, select relevant products
- System Actions -> Set Product tags
- In the Product Tags popup:
- Select the tags Field you wish to edit (e.g. Product tags, Shopify tags, Etsy tags, etc.)
- Select the operation you want to perform
- Add Tags
- Type new tag(s)
- Remove Tags
- Type or select one of the existing tags in selected products
- Replace Tags
- in "Current" - type or select the existing tag(s) to replace
- in "New" - type or select new tag(s)
- Add Tags
- The Tags list at the bottom displays product tags and their count in selected products
- In selected products - All tags in selected products
- In all products - All tags in all products
- Only common - Tags that appear in all selected products
- To insert the tag from the Tags list into the field, place the cursor in the relevant field and click the tag in the list
- Click Save to exit the window and apply changes
Cleaning up the Tags gallery
To clean the list of existing tags, go to the Tags page and remove irrelevant tags.
