Connecting FBA account
To set up an Amazon FBA account:
- Go to Fulfillment > Shipping accounts
- Click ""+Add new Account" -> select Type "Fulfillment -> FBA"
- Click "Save and Exit"
- The status of the account becomes Connected
Account settings
- Automatically upload tracking numbers to the marketplace
- Relates to the MCF mode of Amazon, when Amazon performs as a 3PL supplier for external channels
- Check to upload tracking numbers to the sales channels after the orders are fulfilled by the fulfillment company
- Account name - add a descriptive name
- Integration Status
- "N/A" when integration is not completed
- "Connected" when integration is running
- Authorization method- select one of the connection options:
- Authorize Valigara Application - use the independent FBA account, granting Valigara app to the account
- Amazon account connection - use the credentials of an Amazon account that is already connected to Valigara
- Shipping Speed Category - select one of the Amazon shipping options:
- Standard/ Expedited / Priority /Scheduled Delivery
- Use local quantities
Leave unchecked to automatically synchronize the quantities from the fulfillment center information.
Check to use some custom values and ignore the fulfillment center data.
Use fulfillment center sku for stock sync
When checked, the system matches the product SKU on FBA product with Valigara's product, according to the field's "Fulfillment center SKU for account X" value first. If not found, it uses the Catalog code (SKU) field or the product variation SKU.
Only ship with Blank Boxes
When checked, enables the "White Box" and "Block Amazon Logistics as a carrier" when creating the MCF shipping
