Connecting (USPS) account

To set up an (USPS) shipping account:

  • Go to Fulfillment > Shipping accounts
  • Click ""Add new Account" -> select Type "Fulfillment -> " (USPS) "
  • Fill in the account settings and click "Save and Exit" 
  • The status of the account turns Connected

Account settings

  • Account name - add a descriptive name
  • Integration Status
    • "N/A" when integration is not completed
    • "Connected" when integration is running
  • Automatically upload tracking numbers to marketplace
    • Check to upload tracking numbers to the sales channels after the orders are fulfilled by the fulfillment company

  • Basic
    • Account Details on  
      • Your username / Password - your credentials
    • Package options  
      • Service Type - choose between the available  services
      • Package Type - choose between the available  packaging options
    • Harmonization Code - the international trade product identification code
  • Sender Details - Provide the detailed information as a sender
  • Packaging options -  Provide the detailed information  about the shipment dimensions
  • Shipping Label- select the settings of the generated label
    • Format - PDF document, PNG image or ZPL labeling format
    • Layout - the size of the label
