Custom order statuses

Handling orders is unique for every company. While the default Valigara settings include the most common order statuses, adding your custom order statuses allow for better order management.


To setup statuses

  • Go to Orders settings -> Statuses
  • Set the status settings
    • Title - friendly name
    • Priority - for the orders workflow, sets the order in which statuses occur
    • Color - for displaying the status in Orders Dashboard. Click the color code to select the desired color in the colors palette
    • Show in dashboard - defines if the status should be displayed in Orders Dashboard 
  • Click Add to apply the new status



  • Changing the order status in Valigara does not influence the order status on the external marketplace.
