The Contractors page provides a simple, mobile-friendly interface for external users. The page allows quickly view and update the order, without the need to access the main Valigara interface.
The page is accessible using the URL
manager.valigara.com/order-update
To navigate directly to the specific order, adding the order ID to the page URL, f.i.
https://manager.valigara.com/order_update?order_ID=28886
Contractors can see the order details, and update the order statuses to one of the allowed
Click on the product image opens the enlarged view of it
Click on the product title opens the detailed product information
Managing the Contractor Statuses
To select the Order statuses available to the Contractors:
- Go to Orders -> Statuses
- Check the "External" option
