Reason 

According to Etsy House Rules, you can sell:

• Handmade Items (stuff done by yourself or somebody in your company).
• Craft Supplies, components, materials or tools that people may use to make their creations
• Vintage Goods (20 years old or more).

Solution

Rather you're posting or revising, the solution is same. Please make sure your items fall under at least one of these 3 categories before listing. If your product is:

• Handmade: on post/revise page for "Who made" field choose "I did" or "Member of my shop"

• Craft Supplies: on post/revise page for "Select " field choose "A supply or tool"

• Vintage Goods: provide a value in "When Made" field to be more than 20 years from the current date. On a product level the field is under Catalog->Product->Commercial Tab->Etsy->When Made. On a channel level the mapping settings are under Channels->Etsy->Attributes Mappings->Choose category->Adjust "When Made" mapping
