Archiving products

Archiving products lets you keep your product catalog relevant without losing its history. Unlike deleting, the products are still in your catalog but do not appear on your product page or in product searches. When relevant, you can unarchive products to make them easily visible in your product catalog. 


Archived products take part in the creation of listing variations and in all automatic product actions. 


The default product page search excludes the archived products, but you can include them using the full search. 



To archive/unarchive single product, tick the "Archived" checkbox in the Product Edit page



To archive/unarchive multiple products in bulk


  • select relevant products
  • in the Actions menu, use Archive/Unarchive
  • select the desired action and click Yes



  • When postgin products to channels, Add the "Archived" field to the Matching fields to exclude the Archived products from listing variations
