If your listing variations disappeared from a marketplace or platform, this guide explains the most common cause and how to restore them.
In most cases, disappearing variations are caused by incomplete or mismatched variation settings during the latest Mass Revise or Integration Action.
Solution: Run Mass Revise / Integration action to re-build variations.
- Go to Catalog, search for relevant product
- Run Mass Revise or Integration action
- Mass Revise:
- Uncheck “Variations”
- Choose which variation settings to apply:
- As Defined - Build variations using the following guide and run the action
- From Account Settings. System rebuilds variations according to your Variation Group settings.
- Integration action:
- Run integration for All fields or Selected fields - Variations
- System rebuilds variations according to your Variation Group settings.
If Using From Account Settings option or Integration action, ensure:
- Relevant Variation Group exists and is complete. If needed, create a new variation group
- Product matches Variation Group Conditions
- Variation Fields contain Values. If fields are empty, use Copy Data to populate them
If the Issue still persists after verifying all above:
- Check if the 3rd party platform currently has known issues affecting variation display.
- If the marketplace is functioning normally, contact the Valigara Support Team and provide:
- Affected Listing ID(s)
- Marketplace and Store name
- Relevant Batch ID of the revise/integration action
