Complete the listing migration after link / import

Modified on Wed, 30 Dec, 2020 at 1:55 PM

After importing the listing from the marketplace (or manually linking the listing to a product in Valigara), Valigara still misses some information to fully control the listing.

Before the synchronization is complete, Valigara might be unable to perform automatic actions, such as inventory update, automatic revise, price update etc.

To allow Valigara to correctly manage the listing, it has to be revised with the relevant settings. This will link the existing listing with the right Valigara parameters, so the system can edit/update them the future.

Examples: listing design template, variations structure, price field, shipping profile, related warehouses (shop locations) , stock locations or any other.

To update the listing(s), run the single / bulk revise operation, with the correct settings.

  • If you imported/linked multiple listings to the product (f.i. Amazon , 2 eBay listings, 1 Walmart listing) make sure to revise each one, to assure Valigara has the complete control over each one.
