Valigara's integration with Shipstation allows syncing of the order information between the systems.
To set up the ShipStation account
- Go to Orders -> Fullfilment -> Shipping Profiles
- Click Add profile -> Aggregators -> ShipStation
- Enter credentials and save
Module Scope:
- When the order status is set to PAID in Valigara, the system transfers the Order to ShipStation.
- Valigara fetches from ShipStation the tracking number & order status; propagates the tracking number to the related sales channel.
- When adding multiple ShipStation accounts - order data will be sent to all
- To set the weight sent to ShipStation, use Product edit -> Commercial -> Shipstation -> weight (in grams)
