Import error: This content failed to load.

When importing data into Valigara from data sheets, some uploads result with the error "This content failed to load."

The error means the system couldn't process the file or its content. Sometimes, the Excel file gets corrupted while saving or when sent by email. In other cases, a hidden symbol makes the content non-processable by the import module. 

To resolve the situation with the file, try the following: 

• Remove empty columns and/or formulas from the file
• Make sure the content has no formulas/scripts
  • If there are, simply copy-paste values only into a separate column and remove the one with the formula
• Copy-paste the content into a new file, and use it for upload
• Save the file in a different format (csv, xls, xlsx)
• Save the file in UTF-8 format
