Transfers

The "Transfers" page registers and displays all product movements between the company's stock locations. 


To add a new transfer

  • click the "New Transfer" button 

To change the status of the transfer 

  • Select relevant transfers
  • click Actions -> Change Status



The "Transfer" page 

  • Transfer date - the start of the operation 
  • Source stock & Destination stock 
  • Status 
    • Open - after the inventory leaves the source stock
    • Completed - after the inventory arrives at the destination 
    • Cancelled - if the transfer operation is reversed
  • Comment - for any movement-related information
  • Product id's and quantities Transfer 
  • Totals - are automatically generated


Transfer stock movement: 

  • When the item is added to the Transfer, the Transfer quantity is reduced from the source location. 
  • When the status changes to Completed, the Transfer quantity is added to the destination location. 
  • When the status changes to Cancelled,  the quantities of items in the transfer are added back to the Source stock
  • For transfers including external warehouses (such as FBA) as source/destination stock, the external warehouse quantities are not updated unless the shipping account has the "Use Local Quantities" enabled. 





  • When the item is added to the transfer, it can be seen on the Inventory page -> "In Work" column
