The "Kill unsold" automation defines how to handle listings with no sales. If enabled, Valigara automatically removes listings with no sales from the sales channel. Use this tool to improve the listings relevancy and optimize Click-Though rate
Standard options:
- After X days - the count of days, after which the unsold listings are removed by the system
- Use Post Similar for repost
- relates to listings posted with "Re-post automatically" or "Smart re-post" options
- if enabled, will reposts with the Sell Similar, right after was killed
- Don't kill items for them an order occurred at least once
- Disables killing listings of unsold items for listings that have been purchased at least once
- Product is counted as sold only if there are related orders on the specific account, with status INCOMPLETE, PAID, SENT or RECEIVED.
Additional Logic
- When the feature is activated, it starts work retroactively.
- It removes the listings in the selected account only.
- Time is counted from the last post of the PRODUCT. If there are is a product with 2 listings (GTC listing active for 3 months, and auction active for 3 days) both will be removed.
- "Unsold" is checked from the last PRODUCT post. If the product was sold 3 months ago, re-posted and had no sales since then, it will be killed.
- When the listing is removed, will it NOT be reposted automatically
- When the removal is triggered, the system sends automatic mail to client with a list of removed listings.
- All "Kill Unsold" attempts are recorded in the eBay Activity Log. Successful "Kill Unsold" records are added to Product changelog
- In case "disable instead of remove" , or "set QTY=0 instead of remove" options are enabled, the listing is not ended but updated accordingly
- If client MANUALLY (method = user / batch) revises the item after it was "killed unsold" - the "kill unsold" time counter is reset
- If client MANUALLY (method = user / batch) relists item after it was "killed unsold" - the "kill unsold" time counter is reset
